The shortest period of lease that we accept from Landlords is a 3-year lease but most of our leases are 5 years. We do offer a 10 year lease arrangement but there are some specific requirements for that.

Rental payments in advance via Bacs direct into your bank account

We have strict financial procedures ensuring that your rent is promptly paid directly to your bank account and as a gesture of goodwill we upfront depending on the agreement 1 month (3 year lease), 3 months (5 year lease) and 6 months (10 year lease)
