Relevant properties are taken on which may fall within our criteria and a project plan is set in place to identify properties meeting our criteria and the investment required to upgrade those properties to the required standard of corporate hospitality that our corporate clients expect for their professional staff. This offers a one-stop solution for the entire property portfolio should all the properties meet the required criteria.
