Portfolio Landlord Services

We have a special programme for Portfolio Landlords. Relevant properties are taken on which may fall within our criteria and a project plan is set in place to identify properties meeting our criteria and the investment required to upgrade those properties to the required standard of corporate hospitality that our corporate clients expect for their professional staff. This offers a one-stop solution for the entire property portfolio should all the properties meet the required criteria. This is called our specialised portfolio management service for portfolio Landlords. Portfolio-Landlord1 If additional regulatory or licensing requirements need to be met, we will actively participate in ensuring the stress of that is taken away from you and project timelines are set in place to bring the relevant properties within your portfolio up to date. 

Once approved and licensed we can the take on the management of those properties. In some circumstances where the portfolio fully meets our criteria, we may be able to offer a project plan to acquire the rights to take on the whole of the portfolio and upgrade as and when tenants leave your existing portfolio. Regrettably with long term tenants who have rights of stay we will usually not be able to offer our company let agreements.

However, each case is dealt with on a case by case basis. A dedicated property management service with a single point of contact is offered to our portfolio Landlords. We understand many portfolio landlords have their own businesses to run and are usually very busy. To facilitate an efficient property management service R2R International provides a dedicated professional property manager as a single point of contact to oversee the management of the portfolio. This provides a structured and methodical approach to portfolio property management and eliminated disruption to the Landlord.
